Pike Industries, a CRH Company, offers a Construction/Road Intern position to gain hands-on experience through rotating assignments across construction and paving teams. You will learn paving installation, project management, and quality control while contributing to real-world projects.

You will be mentored by industry professionals in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to travel between Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont locations. Competitive pay and potential overtime are included.

Formación

• Currently enrolled or planning to enroll in a college degree program.
• Able to work in fast-paced, high-stress environments, both independently and in a team setting.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours, including nights or weekends.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Paving Installation: Work with paving crews to understand asphalt installation from layout to completion, assess safety hazards, estimate costs, and understand customer service principles.
• Construction Operations: Learn project planning/execution, collaborate with subcontractors, manage equipment, participate in safety, and gain insight into billing and bidding processes.
• Support Tasks: Assist with manual labor, hand tools, directing traffic at sites, and potentially operating equipment.
