Highmark Health is offering a Summer 2027 Enterprise Risk Strategy Undergraduate Internship designed to give students hands-on experience in enterprise risk management, governance, and strategic planning within a complex healthcare environment. Interns will work with risk professionals and leadership to support risk reporting, research, and governance activities.

Competenze

Full or part-time enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program.
Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Health Informatics, Economics, Healthcare Administration, Information Security, or a related discipline.

Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and internal/external stakeholders in planning assignments and resolving day-to-day operational problems.
Under supervision, provide entry-level professional services related to day-to-day objectives, with guidance from senior personnel.
Participate in projects and programs designed to develop professional skills and expertise.
Participate in planning and implementation of unit projects and initiatives within area of expertise.
Conduct research and reporting including recommendations or proposals for action.
Undertake related studies or enrichment programs as appropriate to the unit’s objectives.
