Highmark Health is offering a Summer 2027 Enterprise Risk Strategy Undergraduate Internship. You will gain exposure to enterprise risk management, governance, compliance, and strategic planning in a healthcare setting.

As part of the Enterprise Risk Strategy team, you will work with risk professionals and leaders on projects that strengthen ERM, governance processes, and resilience. This internship provides mentorship, hands-on training, and experience across ERM, governance, and risk analytics.

Qualifications

• Full or part-time enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program.
• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Health Informatics, Economics, Healthcare Administration, Information Security, or a related discipline.

Responsabilités

• Provide support for enterprise risk reporting and documentation.
• Research emerging risks and industry trends.
• Maintain risk-related data and reporting tools.
• Assist with risk assessments and risk taxonomy development.
• Prepare presentations and executive-facing materials.
• Contribute to strategic projects across Enterprise Risk & Governance.
• Develop analytical, research, communication and business skills.
