Job summary

The Hanover Insurance Group invites college students to a 10-week Summer Internship in Worcester, MA, focusing on Risk Solutions and field support. You will work on meaningful projects, be mentored by leaders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on risk analysis tools and processes.

Successful interns gain hands-on experience, deliver a capstone presentation to senior management, and may access future full-time opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or advanced degree program.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Ability to commit to a full time 10-week internship program.
• Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Researching and applying technical information to support current Risk Solutions service efforts.
• Attending co-surveys with Risk Solutions staff to learn and develop skills.
• Complete Capstone project and presentation to senior management.
• Assist with research and development of draft Risk Solutions resources.
• Develop account loss trend analyses.
• Follow up with customers to gain commitment to field services.
