Job summary

The Hanover Insurance Group offers a 10-week Summer Internship in Worcester, MA, designed for current students. You will work within our Core Commercial team, gaining field experience in insurance risk solutions and collaborating with Risk Solutions Consultants and cross-functional teams to support tools, processes, and insights.

We seek students in related fields with a 3.0+ GPA who can commit to a full-time program and who are eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or advanced degree program.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Ability to commit to a full-time 10-week internship.
• Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Researching and applying technical information to support current Risk Solutions service efforts.
• Attending co-surveys with Risk Solutions staff to learn technical and consulting skills.
• Completing Capstone project and presentation to senior management.
• Assisting with the research and development of draft Risk Solutions support resources.
• Assisting field consultants with account research and pre-visit prep.
