Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is offering a paid Management & Sales Internship in Houston for 10-12 weeks this summer. You will gain hands-on experience in retail stores, management, sales, and store operations, plus exposure to outside sales by shadowing a Sales Representative and working with the management team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and over the phone with friendly, professional service.
• Support sales goals through product recommendations and displays.
• Develop product knowledge to answer customer inquiries and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Restock shelves, support inventory management, and contribute to visual merchandising.
• Assist with point-of-sale transactions and store maintenance.
• Help with deliveries, organize stockrooms, and maintain inventory flow.
• Participate in training sessions and follow store policies and loss-prevention guidelines.
• Collaborate with interns on a team project addressing a real business challenge.
