Job summary

Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants is NOW HIRING for internship opportunities in Las Vegas. The Level 1 and Level 2 Summer Internship Programs run May 25 through August 4, 2027 (about 10 weeks). Interns are hired for hourly restaurant roles in Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Florida, Maryland, Tennessee, Texas, D.C.

and Virginia, and must cover housing and transportation. Level 1 requires hospitality experience; Level 2 requires completing Level 1 and 4+ years in the restaurant industry.

Qualifications

• At least one year of hospitality experience is required.
• Customer service experience will be considered.
• Level 2 requires completing Level 1 Lettuce Internship and 4+ years in the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly seminars and management checklists.
• Perform hourly restaurant duties as assigned (host, server, runner, busser, cook).
• Safely use tools and equipment and work varied shifts including weekends/nights.
• Ensure the guest experience exceeds expectations and maintain professionalism.
• Move safely in a busy restaurant environment and communicate clearly.
