Job summary

Charter Communications, operating under Spectrum, offers a paid 11-week internship in Colorado. You will collaborate with the Product Lifecycle Intelligence and Investigations teams on real projects, gaining exposure to the telecommunications industry while receiving mentorship and professional development opportunities.

The internship runs May 26 through August 6, 2027. Applicants must be rising seniors with a 3.0+ GPA, enrolled in a bachelor's program, and eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor's degree
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Reporting & Synthesis - Consolidate investigation findings into clear, standardized summaries for stakeholders and leadership.
• Tickets & Documentation - Maintain accuracy and organization of tickets/tracking systems, documenting status and ownership.
• Cross-Team Coordination - Serve as a point of contact between investigation leads and downstream teams.
• Process Support - Support the team's reporting cadence and standards, identifying opportunities to streamline how findings are tracked and communicated.
