Job summary

DESRI invites talented students to join its Summer 2027 Physical Team Internship, a 10-week program from June through August, exposing you to renewable energy project development, design, construction, delivery, and operation across solar, storage, and wind assets.

Interns work with mentors and project managers, collaborating across DESRI and visiting operating assets, with professional development and intern events throughout the summer.

Qualifications

• Analytical and curious students with an interest in renewable energy and infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
• Pursuing engineering, technical, quantitative, business, finance or environmental degrees.

Responsibilities

• Support Asset Management: performance analysis, reporting, and contract coordination.
• Assist Construction: schedules, budgets, field activities, risks and coordination.
• Assist Engineering: technical analyses across electrical, civil, geotechnical, structural scopes.
• Support Project Management and Delivery across lifecycle and stakeholders.
