Job summary

KeyBank's Real Estate Capital Internship Program in Cleveland offers a 10.5-week experience with meaningful work, coaching, and networking. Interns participate in business-segment projects across CMG, CDLI, IPG, and ICG, gaining exposure to commercial mortgage, community development lending, income property, and institutional capital activities.

Compensation includes an hourly rate of $23 and a $2,000 summer internship sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must have completed at least two years toward a four-year undergraduate degree with coursework in finance, real estate or a related field and anticipated graduation in or before May 2028.
• Outstanding undergraduate GPA (minimum 3.3).
• Relevant experience preferred.
• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities.

Responsibilities

• Researching economic conditions and market trends.
• Developing strategic contact databases.
• Neighborhood, industry, and prospective tenant research.
• Field research and preparation of marketing materials.
• Completing a Capstone Project leveraging internship learnings.
• Support Real Estate Capital team goals and objectives.
