Qualifications

• Must have completed at least two years toward a four-year undergraduate degree with coursework in finance, real estate or a related field with an anticipated graduation in or before May 2028.
• Outstanding undergraduate GPA (minimum 3.3).
• Relevant experience preferred.
• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities.

Responsibilities

• Researching economic conditions and market trends
• Neighborhood, industry, and prospective tenant research
• Deal sizing and underwriting
• Developing strategic contact databases
• Field research and preparation of marketing materials
• Completing a Capstone Project leveraging learnings from the Internship
• Performing other duties as necessary to support the goals and objectives of the Real Estate Capital team
