Job summary

KeyBank is offering a Real Estate Capital Internship in Boston as a 10.5-week program from May 26, 2027 to August 6, 2027. Interns work on IPG projects, gain exposure to mentors, labs, and networking, and contribute to business objectives.

Interns participate in Learning Labs on market trends, finance, and professional development, with an emphasis on teamwork and analytical skills. Housing and relocation details are handled through program support.

Qualifications

• Two years completed toward an undergraduate degree with coursework in finance, real estate or a related field (anticipated graduation May 2028).
• Minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.3. Relevant experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities.

Responsibilities

• Researching economic conditions and market trends.
• Developing strategic contact databases.
• Neighborhood, industry, and prospective tenant research.
• Field research and preparation of marketing materials.
• Completing a Capstone Project leveraging learnings from the Internship.
• Performing other duties to support the Real Estate Capital team.
