Qualifications

• Must have completed at least two years toward a four-year undergraduate degree with coursework in finance, real estate or a related field with an anticipated graduation in or before May of 2028
• Outstanding academic achievement (minimum undergraduate 3.3 GPA)
• Relevant experience preferred
• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities

Responsibilities

• Researching economic conditions and market trends
• Developing strategic contact databases—Neighborhood, industry, and prospective tenant research
• Field research and preparation of marketing materials
• Completing a Capstone Project leveraging learnings from the Internship
• Performing other duties as necessary to support the goals and objectives of the Real Estate Capital team
