Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience in Process Development, QC, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Technical Services.
• Strong data collection, analysis, and interpretation skills.
• Solid problem-solving mindset with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to document findings.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in QC Improvement meetings and support Structured Problem Solving initiatives.
• Attend daily cross-functional meetings to support QC teams on testing, maintenance, and validation.
• Assist in design, collection, and analysis of process data for QC capacity/performance.
• Develop tools and dashboards to visualize KPIs and identify trends.
• Map QC processes and workflows to identify waste and improvement opportunities.
• Support 5S and Lean initiatives in the laboratory, including daily huddles and material flow.
