Job summary

Clark National Accounts, a division of Clark Associates, is seeking a Project Management Intern for the summer to gain hands-on exposure to how large-scale restaurant and retail projects are brought to life while leading real process-improvement initiatives.

You'll rotate through Restaurant & Retail Projects, Commercial & Non-Commercial Projects, Installation Projects, and Prospective Customer Solutions, attend meetings, shadow teammates, and work with data and systems to move projects from

Qualifications

• Currently a junior pursuing a bachelor's degree and returning for their senior year.
• Curious and eager to learn.
• Self-motivated and takes initiative.
• Excited to solve problems and improve processes.
• Comfortable working with data and technology.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• An effective communicator.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Interested in how businesses scale and operate.
• This role does not require a degree.
• Bonus: Experience in the foodservice, restaurant, retail, hospitality, or customer service industries.
• Bonus: Experience using data to drive process improvements.
• Leadership experience through clubs, athletics, work, or campus organizations.
• Previous internship experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured rotation across multiple areas of Project Services.
• Attend meetings, shadow team members, learn systems and processes.
• Gain exposure to how projects move from concept to customer opening.
• Take ownership of process improvement initiatives that support team efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Work closely with team leaders and stakeholders to understand processes, analyze data, identify improvements, develop recommendations, implement solutions, and present results.
