• Work within Agile development teams, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Support scalable, long-term system enhancements and communicate with stakeholders in a remote or hybrid environment

The Internship/Co-op Experience

Our internship/co‑ops program offers students the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across the full software development lifecycle. Interns/Co‑ops are fully integrated into their teams and entrusted with meaningful projects aligned to key business priorities. Throughout the program, you will make valuable contributions while participating in a comprehensive intern/co‑op experience that includes professional development sessions, networking opportunities, and meaningful engagement with leaders and mentors to support your growth.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software developers on real‑world projects in an enterprise e‑commerce environment
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for system improvements and new features
• Participate in the full project lifecycle, including planning, testing, deployment, and maintenance
