Job summary

LRS Retirement Solutions is seeking a Project Manager Intern for summer 2027 at our Springfield, IL headquarters. The role involves day-to-day PM tasks, meetings, documentation, and participation in multiple implementation projects, including configuring PensionGold for customers.

This is a temporary, full-time internship with potential for future opportunities. Applicants should have completed at least two years of business coursework or have relevant PM experience, strong communication, and

Qualifications

• Must have completed at least two years of undergraduate coursework in Business Administration.
• Or at least one year of professional PM experience.
• Strong problem-solving, written and verbal communication.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent public speaking and interpersonal communication.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day project task management.
• Scheduling meetings with project teams.
• Assisting in documentation.
• Participating in other project management activities.
• Work on small project teams to configure and customize PensionGold software for customers.
• Utilize project management tools including Microsoft Project, Excel, and Azure DevOps.
• Engage in multiple implementation projects to gain insights into different approaches.
• Participate in various workstreams across multiple implementation projects.
