Job summary

Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (RGA) offers a 10-week paid summer internship with the Enterprise Project Management Office in Chesterfield, Missouri. You will support experienced program and project managers and gain exposure to technology initiatives within a multinational life and health solutions company.

As an intern, you will create and manage project plans, track milestones, prepare progress reports, and help with risk mitigation while learning the software development life

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, management, economics, or business.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA; other requirements may apply.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn new skills and technologies.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build effective relationships.
• Analytical skills to gather information and draw conclusions.
• General insurance knowledge.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile project management.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to experienced program and project managers in the Enterprise Project Management Office.
• Create and manage project plans, track milestones, capture and communicate progress reports, prepare meeting agendas, and facilitate discussions.
• Perform increasingly complex analysis including gathering, formatting, and presenting financial information and other operational metrics.
• Apply problem solving, team motivation, and risk mitigation with informal authority.
