The role involves data preparation for invoices and schedules, learning day-to-day project engineering tasks, and contributing to safety and quality control on construction sites.

Qualifications

• Must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related major from an accredited university.
• Legal right to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
• Travel may be required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager/Project Engineers/Estimators with construction-related duties.
• Track work hour utilization and productivity.
• Maintain files of material suppliers, labor laws, equipment rental rates, and qualified subcontractors.
• Coordinate material deliveries and subcontract work with progress schedule.
• Prepare cost breakdowns and monthly invoices data for project reports.
• Review timecards daily and communicate discrepancies to payroll.
