RedGuard is offering a Project Coordinator Intern position in Wichita, KS, spanning May 17, 2027 to August 6, 2027. You will assist the Project Management Team across sales, design, and manufacturing to support planning, control documents, and milestones.

You will gain hands-on experience in document control, scope development, and collaboration with drafting, engineering, and procurement teams, while developing professional skills and industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree or certification in Construction Management or Project Management.
• Enrolled in coursework related to General Construction Studies.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong communication, organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsabilités

• Assists the Project Management Team in reviewing proposals and contracts for scope, schedule and budget.
• Maintains consistent communication and documentation for projects.
• Supports processes to keep projects moving forward in a timely manner.
• Performs administrative tasks: document control, compilation, meeting minutes, close-out procedures, scheduling.
• Prepares completion reports for management or clients.
• Learns to complete special projects and assist with small projects.
• Ensures project quality and compliance requirements are met.
• Coordinates document submissions to EPC and customer stakeholders; participates in third‑party inspections.
