TTM Technologies, Inc. in San Diego invites a current engineering student to join as a Process Engineering Intern for 12-14 weeks to help implement manufacturing process improvements, including automation and robotics integration.

You will design, lay out, and improve processes while monitoring performance and solving diverse technical issues. You will collaborate across the organization on design for manufacturability and cost savings, document processes, and present updates to leaders.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Project management and structured problem solving with the ability to make data-based and ethical decisions.
• Eagerness to learn quickly.
• Capability for designing and analyzing experiments utilizing statistical tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including strong verbal, writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and participate effectively in cross-functional teams.
