Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in Ohio is seeking a Process Engineering Intern for a 12–14 week program to help implement process improvements, automation, and robotics integration on the manufacturing floor.

You will work with mentors across functions, design for manufacturability, monitor process performance, and contribute to cost-saving initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in DFx and yield enhancement.

Qualifications

• Current college junior earning a Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Experience applying engineering concepts to solve problems.
• Previous internship experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to implement manufacturing process improvements and automation.
• Identify best methods for automating processes with mentors.
• Deploy best practices for process control and to improve yields.
• Document processes into work instructions, training guides, or tests.
• Provide weekly updates to program coordinator and corporate leads.
• Lead capital projects to resolve production capacity and technology capability issues.
• Present updates to local leadership and participate in corporate trade shows.
• Participate in internal design reviews to ensure processing compatibility.
• Limited travel for workshops and trade shows.
