You will analyze production data, apply engineering problem‑solving, and develop skills in project management, teamwork, and technical leadership within a large-scale operation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Improve Manufacturing Performance (OEE) by analyzing data and identifying downtime drivers.
• Lead cost reduction and process optimization through data-driven improvements.
• Enhance product quality and reduce COPQ with root-cause investigations.
• Lead engineering projects from concept to completion with clear plans and milestones.
• Utilize data to drive continuous improvement and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance and Quality teams across functions.
