Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, architectural engineering, or a related field.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to read, learn, and interpret plans, specifications, and technical information with guidance.
• Coursework or prior exposure related to construction, estimating, mechanical systems, engineering, scheduling, or project management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with quantity takeoffs, bid documentation, vendor and subcontractor outreach.
• Support organization of labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor information used in estimates.
• Help prepare bid folders, estimate files, scope sheets, and proposal documents.
• Solicit, receive, track, and organize vendor and subcontractor quotations.
• Participate in scope reviews, bid meetings, site visits, and project handoff meetings.
• Learn and apply company safety expectations, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.
