Job summary

RGA in Chesterfield, Missouri, offers a 10-week paid summer internship in the Enterprise Project Management Office. You will support experienced program and project managers, gaining exposure to technology solutions and strategic business initiatives.

As an intern, you will contribute to creating and managing project plans, tracking milestones, and preparing progress reports while collaborating with senior leaders and fellow cohort members in a global corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Management, Economics or Business.
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn new skills and technologies.
• Ability to provide information in a clear, concise manner.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
• Familiarity with the software development life cycle process.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to experienced program and project managers in the Enterprise Project Management Office.
• Create and manage project plans, track milestones, capture, track and communicate progress reports, prepare project team meeting agendas, facilitate project discussions and produce notes.
• Perform increasingly complex analysis including gathering, formatting, and presenting financial information and other operational metrics across the department / program.
• The successful candidate will have a passion for decomposing problems and applying various problem-solving methods with informal authority.
