Job summary

Quanta Services is offering a 10-week paid summer internship to provide hands-on experience in project management. You will work closely with the management team on planning, coordination, monitoring, and documentation to support project success.

This role develops skills in research, data entry, reporting, and stakeholder communication, with opportunities for site visits and networking with upper management.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a related degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects, including research, data entry, administrative support, or assisting with specific initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to contribute to planning, implementation, and evaluation of departmental activities.
• Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making or project development.
• Prepare and present reports, presentations, or other deliverables as assigned.
• Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Support the project management team in creating project plans, defining objectives, milestones, and deliverables, and establishing timelines.
• Assist in coordinating project activities, tasks, and resources, ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Help monitor project progress, track KPIs, and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, document them in a risk register, and contribute to mitigation strategies.
