Job summary

GuideStone is seeking a Summer Intern - Platform Analyst in Dallas to support the Platform Management team. You will participate in research, analysis, documentation, testing, and continuous improvement of technology solutions and business processes, gaining exposure to product management, business analysis, and customer experience.

You will join agile teams, assist with requirements, test coordination, and documentation, and learn how technology is designed, delivered, and supported.

Qualifications

• Incoming Junior or Senior or enrolled in a graduate program.
• Current student throughout the internship program.
• Degree concentration in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with research, analysis, and documentation for technology, process improvement, and business initiatives.
• Support gathering and organizing business requirements, customer feedback, and stakeholder input.
• Create process maps, workflows, presentations, reports, and other project documentation.
