Job summary

Ravinia Festival in Highland Park, IL seeks a Park Operations Assistant to support daily operations of the Park Operations Department. The role focuses on setting up and breaking down banquet furniture, stocking concert programs, and aiding other teams with moving materials, with outdoors work, early mornings and weekend shifts.

This on-site, seasonal position offers 40 hours per week during the Ravinia season, with Illinois Paid Leave benefits and the chance to join a historic outdoor music

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Able to work in a team and independently.
• Willing to work weekends and long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and breaking down banquet furniture.
• Stocking concert programs.
• Assisting departments in moving materials.
• General park upkeep.
• Manage installation of outdoor signage; static, video, seasonal.
• Assisting with other projects as needed.
