Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a 2027 Summer Intern - Outbound Sales Representative to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic sales environment, supporting outreach to potential customers and understanding their needs. This paid internship offers exposure to outbound campaigns, CRM documentation, and collaboration with experienced sales professionals.

You will learn sales techniques, contribute to materials and proposals, and participate in trainings to strengthen product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with graduation date after December 2027.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willing to commute to Allen/Dallas area for in-office presence.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Outbound Sales team with outbound campaigns.
• Learn and apply sales techniques to qualify leads and identify opportunities.
• Document customer interactions and update CRM records.
• Collaborate with senior sales reps to understand processes and strategies.
• Support the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Conduct basic research on customer needs and industry trends to inform sales approaches.
• Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Outbound Sales Manager.
• Candidates must be local to the Allen/Dallas area or willing to commute for in-office presence.
