Job summary

Stfrancis is seeking motivated interns to participate in a rotational program across Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Employee Benefits, and Retirement & Private Wealth teams in the United States. You will work with sales and service teams, support policy administration, and contribute to market research while developing professional competencies.

This opportunity includes structured training, licensing support, and mentorship, with potential for full‑time roles after graduation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a rotational internship gaining hands‑on experience with Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Employee Benefits, and Retirement & Private Wealth teams.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to engage clients and understand regional needs across the United States.
• Manage policy administration tasks including endorsements, renewals, data management, and assist in claims processing.
• Support market research by analyzing U.S. insurance markets and regional trends.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project updates and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Attend workshops and training sessions to enhance technical skills and industry knowledge.
