Murphy-Hoffman Company (MHC-Kenworth) invites you to a 12-week Summer Operations Internship in the North Carolina region. You will rotate through Parts or Service departments, gaining hands-on exposure to running a dealership and contributing to a summer-long process improvement project.

Starting pay ranges from $15 to $23 per hour, with on-the-job training and a clear path into the Full-Time Management Trainee Program.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a graduate or undergraduate degree at an accredited college or university.
• Strong commitment to quality work and customer service.
• Ability to accept constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Execute business initiatives with hands-on experience in all facets of the dealership.
• Rotate through Parts or Service departments to understand operations.
• Contribute to a summer-long process improvement project.
• Support the Summer Operations Internship pipeline into the Management Trainee Program.
