Job summary

IMEG is seeking Mechanical Engineering interns for the Summer 2027 program in Rogers, AR. Over 10-12 weeks, you'll assist in the analysis, design, and implementation oversight of mechanical systems for the building industry, working closely with experienced engineers and consultants.

This paid internship offers hands-on project experience, exposure to general MEP, building systems, and institutional projects, plus mentorship and opportunities to contribute from day one.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a BS in Mechanical Engineering with at least 2 years completed.
• Interest in design consulting and building systems.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design portions of projects according to code and IMEG standards.
• Research resources for commercially available equipment.
• Coordinate design and schedule with other disciplines and document decisions.
