Job summary

P2S Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Engineering student for a Summer Internship. You will join the Mechanical Engineering team, gaining hands-on experience in office and field settings and contributing to client projects.

The 10-12 week program starts in June and runs through August–September, with in-office schedule Monday–Friday. Training includes Revit and AutoCAD, CAD/BIM standards, and opportunities to participate in project design, prototyping, testing, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
• Training in Revit and/or AutoCAD is a plus.
• FE/EIT is a plus.
• Trained to utilize CAD/BIM standards.
• Ability to work in a highly energetic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the engineering team in ongoing project execution.
• Conduct research and analysis to support project development.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
• Contribute to design by creating and modifying engineering drawings.
• Participate in prototyping to test concepts.
• Assist in testing to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation.
• Generate progress reports for project stakeholders.
