Job summary

Syska Hennessy Group in Hamilton, NJ is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Summer Intern to join our team. You will support our engineers on design, drafting, and system sizing for challenging projects, with exposure to AutoCAD and REVIT in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.

This internship offers hands-on experience, lunch-and-learn sessions, and a path toward professional development within a global engineering firm.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering.
• Must be at a minimum in your second year.
• Previous engineering internship or co-op experience a huge plus.
• Knowledge in the latest version of MEP AutoCAD and REVIT is a plus.
• Basic knowledge in design and calculation software; MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare AutoCAD and Revit drawings of Electricalsystems
• Assist engineers with design calculations and sizing building Electrical systems
• Assist engineers with field investigations and construction site visits to observe
• Attend intern education program lunch-and-learn sessions
