CACI International Inc. seeks a Mechanical Engineering Intern for Summer 2027 at our Dulles, VA location. The role is on-site for 12 weeks, starting in May, with mentorship from a technical manager and hands-on exposure to assembly, design, and documentation tasks.

Ideal candidates are pursuing ME degrees, legally eligible to work in the United States, with interests in 3D CAD, FEA/CFD, fabrication, and 3D printing, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Familiarity with 3D CAD, FEA/CFD, fabrication, and 3D printing.

Responsabilités

• Assemble mechanical parts and components.
• Create assembly, test, and integration documentation.
• Design 3D parts and tooling, including CNC/3D-printed items.
• Support engineering tasks under mentorship and supervision.
