Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an accredited bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Completion of foundational engineering coursework appropriate to the assignment is required.
• Previous internship, co-op, laboratory, design-team, manufacturing, or hands-on project experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with the design, development, testing, and continuous improvement of products, systems, manufacturing processes, and tooling.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret engineering, test, and process data to support product validation, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Sourcing, to support project execution and deliverables.
• Prepare technical documentation, present project results, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives throughout the co-op assignment.
