Job summary

Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago is seeking a Summer intern for the Marketing and Events team to support website/app creation, email campaigns, and event logistics. The role involves heavy use of Cvent & Salesforce and participation in conferences and client dinners.

The intern will help manage the Bank's presence at trade association events, coordinate logistics, and work with multiple departments to execute events and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Applicants should be a current junior at an accredited four-year institution.
• Must have GPA of at least 3.0 and be in good academic standing.
• MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist end-to-end event planning for conferences, dinners, and corporate events.
• Support FHLBank Chicago conferences, regional meetings, and trade association events.
• Assist in Marketing strategy using Cvent, Attendee Hub, and Salesforce across Marketing and Sales Cloud.
• Occasional travel to support out-of-town client events and conferences.
