Job summary

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago is seeking a Summer Intern for the Marketing and Events team. The role focuses on hands-on projects in websites, emails, campaigns, and event coordination, working with Cvent, Salesforce, Attendee Hub, and more.

You will assist with end-to-end planning for conferences, client dinners, and trade association events, and gain real-world experience in financial services within a collaborative, in-office environment in Chicago.

Qualifications

• Applicants should be at least junior status at an accredited four-year institution.
• GPA of at least 3.0 and in good academic standing.
• MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) required; Salesforce or Cvent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end event planning and coordination for conferences and client dinners.
• Support trade association events, regional meetings, and webinars.
• Assist in Marketing strategy using Cvent, Attendee Hub, and Salesforce; some travel may be required.
