Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering or related field.
• Completed Sophomore year of college.
• Familiar with interpreting engineering drawings, including GD&T.
• Familiarity with CNC machining, welding, dimensional inspection and NDE processes.

Responsibilities

• Interpret purchase orders, specifications, and engineering drawings to define manufacturing processes.
• Prepare shop travelers to guide fabrication, machining, and inspection operations.
• Partner with operations teams on fixture design and process optimization.
• Provide on-the-floor technical support to operations, ensuring resolution of issues.
