Job summary

Enterprise Holdings in Suffolk, VA is offering a paid Management Internship that runs May–August 2027. This full-time 40-hour-per-week program places university students at branch locations in Suffolk, Chesapeake, and Portsmouth, with a pay rate of $18 per hour.

As an intern you will learn to run a business, develop marketing strategies, and build leadership skills alongside peers. You’ll complete real projects, compete with classmates, and may access performance incentives and referrals.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, athletics, or leadership roles.
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program.
• Available to work full-time 40 hours per week during the summer internship.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
