Job summary

Enterprise is offering a paid Management Internship at our Richmond area branches. You’ll gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service and leadership while rotating through roles similar to our full-time staff.

The program runs May through August 2027, 40 hours per week, with opportunities to earn incentives and referral rewards. Applicants must be at least 18, enrolled in a bachelors program, and able to work full-time over the summer.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be currently enrolled in a college/university in a bachelor’s degree program.
• Must be a junior graduating December 2027 or May 2028.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, athletics, or leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and customer service strategies under supervision.
• Assist in managing a fleet of vehicles and building customer relationships.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and team projects during the internship.
• Participate in intern projects and potential incentive programs.
