Job summary

Enterprise is seeking candidates for its Management Internship in Chesapeake, VA. This paid summer program runs 40 hours per week from May 2027 to August 2027, with a pay rate of $18 per hour.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across sales, customer service, marketing and leadership, while rotating through related roles at multiple local branches. You’ll be part of a team, learn to manage projects, and build valuable, marketable business skills that set you apart.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be currently enrolled in a college/university in a bachelor's degree program.
• Must be a junior graduating December 2027 or May 2028.
• Must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, athletics, or leadership roles.
• Must have a valid driver's license with limited driving violations.

Responsibilities

• Learn to run a fleet, assist customers, and develop marketing strategies.
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers while learning management tasks.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly peer competitions.
• Potential eligibility for performance incentives and referrals.
