Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Management Internship that gives university students real-world business and leadership experience. This paid internship runs 40 hours per week from May 2027 to August 2027 at 55 Ponderosa Ln., Christiansburg, VA 24073.

You’ll tackle challenges alongside our early-career professionals, develop skills in managing a fleet, serving customers, and creating marketing strategies. The program emphasizes teamwork, growth, and practical learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be currently enrolled in a college/university in a bachelor’s degree program.
• Must be a junior graduating December 2027 or May 2028.
• Must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, athletics, leadership or related activities.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years and total points ≤ 8.
• No drug or alcohol related violations in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be available to work a full-time 40 hour schedule during the Summer Internship.

Responsibilities

• Learn to run a fleet of vehicles and assist customers in selling and service.
• Develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly competition with peers.
