Job summary

Enterprise Holdings in Harrisonburg, VA offers a full-time summer internship designed to build business and leadership skills. As a paid intern, you’ll work 40 hours per week from May through August 2027 and earn $18 per hour.

You’ll join a team-based environment, take on challenges similar to early-career professionals, and develop skills in fleet management, customer service, and marketing strategies. This program includes intern projects and potential performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be currently enrolled in a college/university in a bachelor’s degree program.
• Must be a current junior graduating December 2027 or May 2028.
• Must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in one of the following areas: Sales, Customer service in a sales industry, athletics, or leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop management and leadership skills through hands-on experience.
• Help run a fleet operations, serve customers, and develop marketing strategies.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly peer competition; may qualify for performance incentives.
