Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in programs such as Welding, Industrial Maintenance, Auto/diesel Tech, Mechanical Maintenance, Advanced Manufacturing, etc.

Responsibilities

• Work with the maintenance team to support equipment reliability, efficiency, and plant performance through preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
• Assist with installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair of rotating equipment including pumps and compressor systems.
• Support inspection and maintenance of fixed equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, boilers, furnaces, and heaters.
• Partner with maintenance, operations, and reliability engineers to troubleshoot equipment issues and improve reliability across the facility.
• Gain hands-on experience on projects representative of full-time maintenance work.
