An established industry player is seeking a dedicated maintenance worker to ensure the upkeep of school facilities and grounds. This role involves a variety of tasks, including electrical and plumbing repairs, lawn maintenance, and ensuring safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong interest in maintenance work, possess a valid driver’s license, and be able to follow instructions effectively. Starting Salary: $16.39/hour; depending on experience
15 - 29.75 hours/week
QUALIFICATIONS:
REPORTS TO: Head of Maintenance
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Physical Requirements may include:
Climbing, heavy lifting up to 100 lbs, near acuity, kneeling, working at heights up to 30’, far acuity, stooping, exposure to electrical shock, hearing, repetitive motion, exposure to weather, smelling, reaching, field of vision.
