Job Title: Summer Lifeguard at Life Time Inc.

Join us to apply for the Summer Lifeguard position at Life Time Inc.. We are seeking safety-minded and customer service-oriented individuals to oversee recreational and lap pools, both indoor and outdoor. Responsibilities include monitoring pool safety, assisting with aquatics events such as "Dive in Movies" and "Poolapalooza," and ensuring a safe environment for members.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with members
• Rescue swimmers in danger and administer first aid
• Alert swimmers to potentially dangerous areas
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the pool area

Minimum Requirements:

• Working towards a High School Diploma or GED
• Lifeguard and First Aid Certified
• Ability to swim 300 yards/meters continuously
• Ability to tread water for 1 minute
• Ability to retrieve a 10 lb diving brick from the pool bottom and swim to the surface
• Ability to lift and bend to handle weights over 20 lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of customer service experience
