Join Our Team as a Summer Lifeguard at AquaSafe Pool Management, Inc.

We are currently hiring Summer Lifeguards! This role offers a fantastic summer experience, perfect for teens, students, teachers, retirees, or anyone with free time during the summer. Enjoy flexible pool schedules, make money outdoors, and develop valuable skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of patrons at the aquatic facility by preventing and responding to emergencies.
• Enforce all pool rules fairly and consistently.
• Maintain proper pool water chemicals, record keeping, and cleanliness of the facility.
• Report unsafe conditions or faulty equipment to supervisors.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 15 by the hire date or last day of lifeguard course.
• Availability for Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day weekends.
• Availability to work all weekends during the summer.
• Professional conduct, attentiveness, and focus.
• Current Nationally Approved Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications or obtain them before the season starts.

Additional Information

The season begins on Saturday, May 24, 2025, and ends on Monday, September 1, 2025. Pay rate ranges from $15.13 to $16 per hour, with overtime, bonuses, and incentives available. Opportunities for advancement to Pool Manager exist for motivated, experienced lifeguards.
