Job Overview

NOW HIRING SUMMER LIFEGUARDS! It’s a great summer job at local pools, serving your community. Starting experienced positions offer $15.13/hr - $16/hr plus overtime and bonuses. This role is ideal for teens, students, teachers, retirees, or anyone with summer availability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of patrons by preventing and responding to emergencies.
• Enforce all pool rules fairly and consistently.
• Maintain proper pool water chemicals, record keeping, and facility cleanliness.
• Report unsafe conditions or faulty equipment.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 15 by the hire date or last day of lifeguard training.
• Availability for Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day weekends, and all summer weekends.
• Possess current Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications or obtain them before the season starts.

Compensation
