Clerks gain real litigation experience, mentorship, and exposure to varied practice areas in a collaborative environment. Clerks perform substantive legal research, draft pleadings, assist with discovery, and observe depositions and hearings under seasoned litigators.

Qualifications

• Current law students or recent graduates from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Strong academic credentials with excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Interest in litigation and gaining hands-on legal experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a professional environment.
• Flexible office locations across QPWB’s national platform (e.g., Orlando, Miami, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, Chicago and more).
• Summer Law Clerk Program typically runs from May through August, with start dates based on office needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and memoranda on ongoing cases.
• Support discovery work, including document review and preparation.
• Assist with trial preparation and case strategy projects.
• Attend and observe depositions, hearings, mediations, and attorney conferences.
• Participate in client or witness preparation under attorney supervision.
• Collaborate with attorneys and clerks across practice groups and offices nationwide.
